General Description:
CIM HiP2 Plasmid Process PackTM 1-1 consists of 1 ml CIM® DEAE and CIM® C4 HLD Tube Monolithic Columns accompanied with a complete pDNA purification method. By following the method, CIM HiP2 Plasmid Process PackTM 1-1 can purify up to 6 mg of pDNA (97 % of sc pDNA) at more than 80 % pDNA yields. The process' flexibility allows the developer to choose entire or only part of the purification process which can be then easily scaled up to pilot and production scale.
